When the enemy is close, your victory is closer

Ever been in a situation where you feel no progress is happening with your family or friends? Your brother, sisters, or uncle continue down the same path of lawlessness day by day. You pray and see no answers. The enemy flashes in your face the impossibility of them ever coming to Christ. But I have news for you, when the enemy is close, your victory is closer. There is something peculiar that I have noticed, Satan can only bark but he cannot bite. Yes, you may see the situation as stagnant… waters that don’t move and only fester disease. But this doesn’t mean God is not moving in the midst, it doesn’t mean that you’ve lost the battle. Don’t be discouraged, God is working on your behalf. You and your family will serve the Lord.  Ultimately it is not our battle, but His.  “For the Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you and give your enemies over to you; therefore your camp shall be holy, that He may see no unclean thing among you, and turn away from you.” Deuteronomy 23:14
