The unknown world

Have you ever stopped to wonder if there is another world that we do not know of? According to the bible and its authors the answer is a definite yes. Modern science according to certain string theorists claim that there are anywhere from ten to thirteen dimensions that exist.

The second book of Enoch chapters three to 33 dated to 200 BC, G-d reveals to Enoch ten Heavens.

The word heaven in Hebrew is ‘Shamayim’ meaning plural heavens, abode, the outer space with its hosts. In the Bible the second Heaven is known as the dark world. Paul Elaborates on the third Heaven in this verse 2 Corinthians 12:2-4  “I must go on boasting. Although there is nothing to be gained, I will go on to visions and revelations from the Lord.  I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven.“

From the above mentioned this shows us on planet earth that there is an invisible realm.

The resources of the believers life is to drawn from our store house in the highest Heavens. All the time in this pursuit , we have interference from the second heavens.

One example of spiritual warfare is seen in the book of Daniel chapter 10 verses 12 to 14. It reads “Then he continued, ‘Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them.  But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia.  Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.'”

This verse was explaining a dialogue between the prophet Daniel and the ark angel Gabriel known as the messenger angel who was resisted by the prince of the Persian kingdom. The prince of the Persian kingdom refers to a regional ruler in the heavens also known as a principality.

The angel was explaining to Daniel that the message received from Daniels prayer was answered immediately. Gabriel was dispatched to relay the answered prayer back to Daniel but resistance from the second Heaven occurred, resulting in a backup plan. The ark angel Gabriel had to receive help from Michael, he was a chief warrior angel which helped Gabriel get through the resistance trying to oppose Daniels answered prayers.

As a believer we will encounter this world, sometimes this may be the reason why its seems your prayers are not being answered.

Could it be that we have protesters that are fighting against our prayer life, worship, righteousness, and justice?

Not sure if you encounter this but sometimes  I do. There are days when I seek to worship and pray, I set aside time on my calendar and as I am seeking to follow through, but then I find myself doing something else and I get distracted.

It is my belief that the resistance has a huge part to do with that distraction.

As a believer we are taught to be discerning in all things, not just in some things. I tend to believe a portion of the followers of messiah tend not to believe that an evil realm exists; that Satan is a real being and has influence over many beings and is the father of lies, deceit, disease and evil as we know it.

To be more than conquerors we must be discerning and aware of our surroundings.

A good boxer does not go into the ring unprepared because the repercussions could be devastating.

The navy seals spend at least a million dollars to train soldiers in order for them to be prepared to fight against the enemy.

When it comes to the enemy of humanity I believe we should  be well prepared and trained to encounter what will come our way.

Our training is being lead by the Holy Spirit and obeying his calling. 2 Timothy verses 3 and 4 explains our calling, “Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.”

No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier.

One final statement I would like to make is that G-d never stops fighting for us, he is with us twenty-four hours a day and on our side of the equation.  Psalm chapter 119 verse 89 says “Lord, your word is everlasting; it continues forever in Heaven.”

Just as the Lord continues to work on you, teach you, reach, touch, change you and remold, you have on the other side of the fence an enemy that seeks to steal, kill and destroy. It’s up to you who you want to align yourself with. You can either agree with the liar or agree with the prince of peace.

So remember Matthew 6:33 my friends, it says “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
